BISHKEK 
KYRGYZSTAN

The German embassy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan invited us to the „Europafest“. 
In a relaxed and casual atmosphere, different countries exhibited parts of their culture by showing a variance of food, art forms and inDie Deutsche Botschaft in Bischkek, Kirgisistan, lud die Künstler zum „Europafest" ein. In entspannter Atmosphäre präsentierten verschiedene Länder ihre Kultur – mit Kulinarik, Kunstformen und interaktiven Workshops. Teil des deutschen Beitrags war ein offener Tape-Art-Workshop, bei dem Besucherinnen und Besucher die Kunstform selbst ausprobieren und so am kulturellen Austausch teilnehmen konnten. Nach drei Tagen auf dem Europafest führte die Reise weiter in ein Sommercamp, wo in weiteren drei Tagen eine raumgreifende Installation entstand.teractive workshops. After our three day presence at the Europafest, the journey continued to the a summer camp where we spent another three days implementing an installation.
