After designing the JvM Academy, I was invited to hold a talk about my artistic approach during the process and host a tape art workshop for JvM Strategy. I enjoyed reliving the creation of the academy and sharing my thoughts on creativity. 
For the workshop, I was asked to visualize their work principles. After receiving their input I created ten motifs, each representing one principle. I prepared the outlines of those and provided color codes. Under my guidance, the participants explored techniques and filled the motifs with their ideas.
